High School Seniors looking for after season exposure from College Coaches & Scouts, look no further as the Annual Rameybasketball.com Unsigned Senior Showcase will take place on Saturday, April 27, 2013 at Hazelwood East High School.
Dozens of D2, D3, NAIA, & JUCO college coaches and scouts will be in to evaluate prospects.

Martin to Carbondale
6’7 Hazelwood Central High School senior Jordan Martin decided to end his recruitment Tuesday morning by choosing Southern Illinois of the Missouri Valley Conference over Murray State University. Martin is a versatile post player that has good post moves and athleticism. Martin plays extremely hard on both ends and is a very good rebounder from the post. He had a solid summer this past year with the St. Louis Eagles and looks to help lead a strong Hazelwood Central team while improving on his junior stats of 14 points, 9 rebounds, and 3 blocks per game. We like to wish Jordan and the Martin family all the best and congrats on the commitment. 10/23/12
Lindenwood gets there guy in Osdale
Nick Van Osdale a stellar 6’2 combo guard out of Belleville West High School decided that he would choose the University that showed the most interest early and late in committing to Lindenwood University and Brad Soderberg. Osdale who is combo guard that plays with a lot of heart and toughness on the court and is a marksman from deep is coming off a season that saw him average 15ppg and 3apg for a good West team that went 17-12 last year. Osdale had a breakout spring/summer while playing with Team Rameybasketball.com and generated strong D1 interest from schools such as: Southern Illinois, Eastern Illinois, Fordham, Northeastern, and SIUE but it was a comfort and the priority that head coach Soderberg and assistant Marshall Newman of Lindenwood put on Osdale that made him make his decision even before schedule visits to D1 schools. This is a great get for Lindenwood. 10/2/12
Covington commits to Western Illinois
6’5 Edwardsville High School star senior Garret Covington committed to Western Illinois University yesterday.
Covington is coming off a very strong junior campaign where he really raised his stock by averaging 17.8ppg & 7.6rpg in help leading Edwardsville to a 24-6 record. Covington is a strong shooting guard that is blessed with a sweet shooting stroke with range out to three easily. He buried 86 three pointers at over 41% last year. Covington who competed with the St. Louis Eagles this past spring/summer is also a very quick and athletic player that ranks as one of the top 10 players in the areas senior class and will lead a very good Edwardsville team this upcoming season as they are one of the top teams in Illinois and in the area. 10/2/12
